Find a Part opened from a job card now already knows the car - no picking the brand, model, variant and year for a vehicle standing in your own workshop. Send intake link goes straight to the customer's WhatsApp number and greets them by name, using what you already typed in. A job booked in from a website request no longer needs a number plate you have not seen yet; the board shows No plate until you add it. Plus your customer list showing each person's visits, last visit and what they have paid.
